Antigua & Barbuda PM Browne threatens to sodomize lawyer

In an unhinged social media post, Antigua and Barbuda Prime Minister Gaston Browne threatened to sodomize a man over the lawsuit concerning the seized yacht Alfa Nero..

“You need a bull-bud up your ass for all the defamatory $uckery that you are spreading,” the prime minister told the man, American attorney Martin DeLuca, in a March 24, 2025 post on X.

A bull-bud is local Caribbean slang for a sun-dried bull’s penis. It is often used as a club and has other purposes.

Browne clearly intended its use for sexual assault up the man’s posterior. When asked directly, the prime minister did not deny that he intended the comment as a threat of sexual assault.

Will @gastonbrowne stick Antiguan taxpayers with the bill to try to block disclosure of financial records surrounding the sale of the Alfa Nero? just to avoid transparency?” DeLuca said in a March 21 X post.

That simple pair of questions triggered Browne to post the bull-bid retort.

DeLuca fired back with a comment about another news article. “A leaked U.S. travel ban draft names Antigua over lack of transparency, the same issue of the Alfa Nero corruption scandal. Seems like ⁦⁦@gastonbrowne corruption may drag every Antiguan passport holder down.”

He attached a copy of an Antigua Observer article that read, “Antigua and Barbuda is among dozens of countries that could face travel restrictions to the United States under a draft proposal being considered by the Trump administration, according to reports from The New York Times and Reuters.”

“You’re a stinking, dirty liar; a corrupt quack-lawyer peddling misinformation to get attention and evidently to extort. There is no such travel ban. Your corrupt ass and those you represent will be defeated in court,” Browne posted at 11:51 AM on March 24.

Browne: ‘$uck off, you Moron’

Asking Browne for comment  on March 27 to verify whether the comment was a threat of sexual assault, Washington-based policy analyst J. Michael Waller posted on X, “Prime Minister @gastonbrowne, I am working on a program to track organized crime and official corruption in the hemisphere. Antigua and Barbuda didn’t become a concern until recently. Are you, sir, threatening a US citizen with sexual assault?”

Browne did not deny such a threat in his March 29 response. All Browne said to Waller was, “$uck off, you Moron.”
